Project Description:

• Buildings 1000 and 1100 consist of 11,000 square foot 2-story wood framed structures (22,000 sf total). Both are constructed to allow for a loft option on the second floor.

• Building 400 is an 11,500 square foot 2-story wood framed structure, also with an option for a loft on the second floor. This building also has a post-tensioned slab foundation system due to poor soils conditions.

• Building 600 is an 11,500 square foot 2-story wood framed structure with an option for a loft on the second floor.

• Marquez Place Building 100 consists of a 15,200 square foot 2-story wood framed structure with loft option on the second floor.

• Marquez Place Building 200 consists of a 18,400 square foot 2-story wood framed structure with loft option on the second floor.

• Marquez Place Building 300 consists of a 17,400 square foot 2-story wood framed structure with loft option on the second floor.

• Marquez Place Building 400 consists of a 5,900 square foot 1-story wood framed structure with loft option on the second floor.

• All buildings are designed with a contemporary architectural scheme and include: out of plumb exterior walls, exposed colored concrete slabs at the second floor, and all are designed to allow for an office for the first floor and a residence on the second floor.
