Project Description:

  • Project consists of an approximate 11,000 square foot main house (basement and ground floor) and a 3000 square foot guest house.

  • Structural system consists of steel roof joists and beams, load bearing concrete walls, load bearing glass walls, and continuous concrete footings and slabs.

  • Unique features include:

    1. Load bearing glass walls on northwest side of main house.

    2. Large cantilever beams for exterior canopy.

    3. Elevated concrete floor system over basement.

    4. Exposed concrete walls.
