Project Description:

• Project consists of the design of an approximate 30,000 square foot home (two levels with home partially buried below grade).

• Structural system consists of a wood-framed roof structure, cast-in-place concrete floor systems, and concrete and wood-framed load bearing walls. The structure is founded on continuous concrete footings and slabs.

• Unique features include:

  1. 6000-square-foot underground heated parking garage.

  2. Floor system is designed to limit deflection well below normal deflection limits.

  3. Large planter areas over some of the floor areas.

  4. Insulated concrete form wall sytems.
