Project Description:

• Construction includes a 26,000 square foot single story Triangle Grocery Store and a 14,000 square foot partial 2-story retail shopping center.

• The Triangle Grocery Store consists of exposed large wood glulam beams, exposed wood roof decking, an exposed steel rod cross bracing system, and insulated load bearing retaining concrete walls.

• The Shops consist of exposed wood glulam beams, exposed wood roof decking, a steel beam and column second story, and a pedestrian bridge access at the back of the second story.

• The project also includes approximately 2,700 linear feet of CMU retaining wall. The wall heights range from three feet to nine feet tall.
